First I want to tell you that I love my new patio furniture! It was delivered on Tuesday and I just finished unpacking the chairs and one of the chairs is scratched so that the bright silver is exposed. The scratch is on the front bar right under the seat. It was the top chair in the box and the wrapping was not tore in that area. The box was not damaged at all during the shipping.

I have unpacked and assembled the table which is in perfect condition.

I have not had time to unpack and inspect the dining chairs yet but will be doing that shortly.

My question is what is the procedure to replace or repair the damaged chair?

Thank you for your quick response. I hate to admit this but…..bar stool was sitting on our brick patio, when my husband got home we moved it to a smooth surface…Duh! it was level! bricks caused it to be uneven. Sorry for the bother…My Bad! Love the stools. Would order again from your company……”
